Round Hear

I am Demetra (or Dem), a music consultant and curator with almost a decade experience within the music industry. A DJ, a community ambassador (cofounding member of common ground, a collective focusing in promoting equal representation of FLINTA within the music industry) and music educator. More recently I cofounded LAND, a movement and music collective. My aim is to align people, feelings and moments with space and experience through sound.

Having had counselling training, I learnt to use empathy in all my interactions and found a way to make my skills work for my passion. I collaborate with people and brands I love. Having teamed up with Nadia Ksaiba on curation, we have an expansive music catalogue and rely on our collective experience. Music affects feelings and actions; we can deliver work that suits a festival or a restorative yoga session.
